I'm planning some...What a fun recipe and name.<br /><br />I'm planning something similar with Italian sausage tonight.<br /><br />* Some sausage browned and crumbled in olive oil along with chopped onion<br /><br />* Sauce made with chicken broth, a touch of heavy cream and some nutmeg<br /><br />* A few handfuls of fresh spinach leaves<br /><br />* All mixed together with some drained pasta<br /><br />Can I call this Italian slumgullion or would that be an insult to Italian cooking?
