Do you remember a few weeks ago when I shared a delicious oil mixture to use on
Sweet Potato Spears while they were roasting? Well, I had some of the oil left over, so I decided to try brushing it onto corn on the cob, wrapping it in foil, and grilling it.
I was actually a little bit surprised by just how good it was!
