I'm betting that this sauce would be good with fish too!
Lemon-Dill Sauce
1-1/2 T fresh dill, chopped
1 small shallot, minced
1 - 2 T olive oil
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 t dark mustard
Salt and pepper
Whisk together while vegetables or fish is steaming. Heat gently in microwave before pouring over.
