Crab rangoon...how do you like 'em?



We did a taste test recently.  The biggest surprise actually had nothing to do with the taste, but rather with the way they were folded!  Which do you like better...bird shaped or four-cornered?

  1. None of the restaurants I've been to have it in the bird shape. I would think that would mean you get more of the yummy inside with that fold. Happy Face!!!

  3. Although I love the way the bird fold looks, you actually don't get more stuffing in that one than in the four-cornered fold! They were both great :-) Carol, I like mine with the hot hot hot mustard!

  4. I prefer mine folded similar to a wonton, though lots of restaurants do the rangoons as triangles. However you fold them, they are tasty!

  5. I like them the fuller the better :) Do you like that the restaurants put a ton of sugar in them? They need more crab, less sugar ;) What do you think?

  6. It's interesting that you say that, because the last place we went had very very *sweet* crab rangoon...I didn't like it much. Both the restaurants near us use a more savory mixture. Yup, I'm with you! More crab...less sugar.
