Chicken skewers with sweet potatoes and fennel



We really enjoyed the honey marinade in this recipe for Chicken Skewers in Hannaford's Fresh magazine.  Using both fennel bulbs and fennel seeds is brilliant!

    Looks very interesting!! I'm not a huge sweet potato fan but I love fennel...think I'd give this combo a go!

    Hi Meeling! I don't see why you couldn't substitute some other form of spud that you liked, or plantain, etc :-)
