Spaghetti al Vino Bianco, where the pasta is actually cooked in the white wine. It doesn't turn out that disgusting purple color that you get when you cook it in red wine. It is just amazing.
This sounds like a great recipe. But when you go to the site you are forced to sign up for a free trial subscription to the magazine in order to get the recipe. Could you possibly publish the recipe on your blog to eleminate this problem? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI don't feel right about doing that because they own the copyright. When I change a recipe substantially, then I don't have a problem with posting it directly, along with classics and my own creations. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I think if you sign up for the free trial, you will find an awful lot of great stuff there!
