Tabbouleh is one of my favorite summer salads from way back in my hippy days. My methods haven't changed much over the years, but when I saw the suggestion from
Cook's Illustrated to cut up the tomatoes first and use the drained juice to soften up the bulgur, I scratched my head. Why didn't I think of that before?
