Oh Heavens to Mergatroid Margaret! That is absolutely sinful! My sweet tooth kid doesn't like soda, do you think it would work with non-carbonated water?
You definitely wouldn't get the fizz if you didn't add the carbonated stuff. To me, that looks like half the fun...but only half ;-)
