This is the best...hands down...Artichoke Soup we've ever had. Even though it's a bit fussy, it's worth it. The flavors are beyond compare.
You know that I often will give you a link to a Cook's Illustrated recipe online, and I understand why you're frustrated since they actually charge money for that information. Sorry, but that's their right.
